Established by Robert Aston in 1977, Robert Aston & Company Estate Agents have been serving the vendors, purchasers, landlords and tenants of Moseley and surrounding areas for over 40 years.

Robert Aston & Company are an independent estate agent with their only office based in Moseley ‘Village’ which means we are fully dedicated and focused on the property needs of those around us. We truly enjoy the unique and interesting area of Birmingham within which we work, and like to share our passion for Moseley alongside our range of clients, purchasers and tenants.

With just one office to run, the company benefits from the daily presence of the experienced Director, Matthew Carlton, who has amassed all of his experience in both sales and lettings at the company since joining in the late 1990s. We ultimately aim to achieve the best results possible for our clients, however, feel that providing a high level of personal service to all along the way to ensure a positive experience is equally important. Word of mouth and repeat business is what we are all about.

We also understand that confidence and peace of mind is gained from our clients by the fact that we are Licensed Estate Agents as members of both the National Association of Estate Agents and the Association of Residential Letting Agents, which means we adhere to a strict professional code of practice and conduct. This also requires us to be members of the Property Ombudsman.
