If the landlord has accepted any pets at the property, a fee is charged to cover the added risk of property damage. This will be protected with your security deposit in a Government-authorised scheme and may be returned at the end of the tenancy

|Company Set Up Fee||
Referencing (identity, immigration and visa confirmation for permitted occupier(s), company financial credit checks and any other relevant information to assess affordability) as well as contract negotiation (amending and agreeing terms) and arranging the tenancy and agreement.

|Alteration of tenancy start date fee||
An additional fee may be charged for any alteration of the tenancy start date. If you change the start date of your tenancy after all paperwork has been prepared a fee will be charged for additional administration.

Contract negotiation (amending and agreeing terms) and arranging the tenancy and agreement. Please note: A setup fee of £195 (inc VAT) per new tenant will also apply as described above.

|Return of overpaid rent fee||
Returning any overpaid rent due to failure to cancel standing order mandate after tenancy expires.

|Rent Arrears Reminder Letter||
An administration fee will be charged for any rent arrears reminder letters sent if payment is not received within 7 days of first letter issued.
|£10 (Inc VAT)|
* All fees quoted are inclusive of VAT. All application fees are non-refundable. However, where a tenancy is not completed through no fault of the applicant a full or partial refund may be made solely at the agent’s discretion.
We accept the following types of payment: Cash, cheque, debit card or credit card (3% fee will apply for credit cards only).
