Matthew Carlton, Managing Director
Matthew joined the company after graduating from the University of Birmingham in 1999. He has therefore spent his entire career involved in sales, lettings and management exclusively in Moseley and surrounding areas so knows the area and his work inside and out. He has gained vast experience at a local level but also achieved a notable number of relevant professional and academic qualifications since his first degree including his MA in Housing Studies in 2003, Diploma in Home Inspection in 2007 and Certificate in Valuation of Residential Property for Secured Lending in 2008. A planner and analyser who always remains diplomatic between the parties, Matthew is known for his friendly approachable attitude and attention to detail. He is a Licensed Home Inspector qualified to produce Energy Performance Certificates and is a member of both the Association of Residential Letting Agents and National Association of Estate Agents.Contact Matthew Carlton
Louise Johnson, Office Manager
Louise joined the company in 2005 following her previous career in retail and administration. A highly organised and efficient manager, Louise ensures that our office runs smoothly and is involved heavily with the co-ordination of repairs and property refurbishments. Liam Sellers, Sales & Lettings Negotiator
Liam joined the company in 2014 following a 5 year career in sales in his home county of Leicestershire after graduating from Chester University. A skilful negotiator who applies a friendly approach to his work, Liam is popular amongst vendors, purchasers and tenants alike who benefit from the time he takes to talk things through with them.
